The School-Age Counselor and Site Coordinator role is onsite in Bennington, VT. Compensation is $15.75–$23.63 per hour. The coordinator creates a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for school-aged children while overseeing daily activities and program delivery. The role supports children’s development by coordinating age-appropriate programming, guiding staff, and communicating with families and community partners.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities supporting physical, social, and emotional development
• supervise and mentor staff
• communicate with parents and guardians about children’s progress and program updates
• maintain a safe, organized environment and comply with health and safety regulations
• evaluate program effectiveness and adjust activities as needed.
