What you'll do

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering client initiatives, implementations, milestones, deliverables, owners, and dependencies. Coordinate work across responsible teams and track progress against commitments. Manage client governance cadence and prepare agendas, decision requests, and follow-up actions. Coordinate client planning, intake, prioritization, release readiness, and implementation activities. Maintain program-level risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• follow up on mitigation and escalate items requiring decisions. Develop status reports, dashboards, governance metrics, and executive materials, and improve program processes and reporting.
