What you'll do

• Monitor employee scheduling and payroll
• complete new-hire paperwork and explain company policies, security awareness, and audio/video policies
• interview, hire, and train employees
• address policy and procedure violations
• fulfill Sandwich Artist duties
• maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
• meet productivity, sales, and food-cost standards
• estimate food needs and complete weekly orders
• take weekly inventory
• keep the store clean and organized
• maintain health, operational, and cleanliness standards
• complete required training
• communicate with employees and the regional manager
• support daily store operations.
