What you'll do

• Assist with annual budget planning, monthly expense tracking, and financial reporting
• monitor departmental spending and maintain expense and project-budget records
• prepare and coordinate internal approval requests and follow up on status
• support capital investment planning, equipment purchases, and facility administration
• coordinate vendor quotations, purchase documents, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in Korean and English.
