Director, Supplier Quality and Development

The Director, Supplier Quality and Development role is onsite in Torrance, CA. The target salary range is $190,000–$270,000 per year. Hadrian is building autonomous factories and expanding manufacturing capabilities for aerospace, defense, and other mission-critical products. The director builds and leads the supplier quality function so external suppliers meet Hadrian’s quality and delivery standards. The role establishes quality systems and compliance frameworks, owns supplier performance, and develops the team and supply base as the company scales.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow the supplier quality and development team
• build the quality management system and compliance framework for external supply, including AS9100 and maritime
• own supplier quality performance, including FAI, CAPA, and PFMEA
• work hands-on with foundries and machine shops on supplier development
• and manage on-time delivery and risk across mechanical commodities suppliers. Regular travel to suppliers is required.
