What you'll do

• Support and supervise clients in the residential treatment setting
• help maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment
• conduct client check-ins and communicate concerns to the treatment team
• assist with schedules, activities, routines, and new-client orientation
• complete documentation and incident reports
• assist with administrative tasks
• transport clients to approved appointments
• monitor common areas
• communicate with counselors, nursing staff, treatment coordinators, and leadership
• follow agency policies and confidentiality requirements.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required. Previous residential treatment, behavioral health, human services, or recovery-services experience is preferred; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training is requested.
