What you'll do

• Learn nursing department functions across cultural, clinical, and financial areas
• communicate policies and procedures to nursing leadership
• participate in management meetings
• assist with quality rounds
• participate in nursing staff scheduling
• coordinate with consultants, physicians, and the Medical Director
• support regulatory compliance and Plans of Correction
• address resident care concerns
• recruit, train, and onboard nursing staff
• maintain confidential resident records
• support nursing management and clinical outcomes.
