What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans
• collect, track, and analyze behavioral data
• consult with, model for, and train staff and caregivers
• collaborate with families, direct support professionals, and clinical team members
• participate in team meetings and person-centered planning
• maintain documentation to regulatory and agency standards.
