What you'll do

• Inspect damaged properties and document structural, electrical, plumbing, and other system damage
• collect measurements, photographs, and notes
• coordinate with the estimating team on documentation for Xactimate estimates
• update customers on claim status and explain restoration processes, timelines, and costs
• present approved scopes, answer questions, follow up, and secure signed agreements
• maintain organized estimates, proposals, and customer communications
• build relationships with adjusters.
