What you'll do

• Assist lead teachers with activities aligned to curriculum objectives and developmentally appropriate practices
• support assessments of children’s developmental progress
• communicate with parents and guardians
• maintain incident reports, developmental notes, attendance, meal counts, and timesheets
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom and materials
• attend required trainings and staff meetings
• comply with licensing requirements and YoungStar regulations
• collaborate on classroom planning and monthly goals
• support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development and daily routines.
