What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations
• build scalable workflows, SOPs, and processes
• partner with leadership on planning and operational strategy
• oversee staffing and resourcing
• manage hiring operations, onboarding, HR policies, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records
• maintain internal technology systems and vendor relationships
• oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, bookkeeping, reporting, invoicing, and expense processes.
