Civil Engineering Project Manager

The Civil Engineering Project Manager role is onsite in Elmwood Park, NJ. Compensation is $125,000–$145,000 per year. YU & Associates provides engineering services and the project manager serves as a primary contact for clients. The role leads assigned projects from planning through completion, coordinating technical and financial work while managing scope, quality, safety, schedules, and budgets. It also supervises engineers and technicians, reviews design work, and supports business development across the firm’s disciplines.

• Define project specifications, implementation plans, and budgets
• monitor progress, schedules, costs, and quality procedures
• identify tasks that may affect cost or timing
• track expenditures and prepare cost-to-complete estimates
• supervise engineers and technicians
• coordinate project documents and activities
• review engineering designs and drafting
• coordinate with internal and external professionals
• assist with business development.
