What you'll do

• Develop and implement plans to achieve and maintain census targets
• monitor census trends and address challenges
• identify referral sources and build relationships with hospitals, physicians, community organizations, and healthcare providers
• represent the facility at community and outreach events
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess ability to meet incoming patient needs
• conduct tours for prospective patients and families
• perform other duties needed for facility operations.

Why this role
