What you'll do

• Provides first call resolution for state eligibility programs via telephone
• enters client data into system
• assists clients with understanding their rights and responsibilities related to appeals
• verifies eligibility and summarizes case activity
• works daily from assigned queues and incoming documents
• assists the pharmacy in general pharmacy operations
• retrieves prescriptions for review
• handles prescription prior authorization requests
• provides tier 1 and tier 2 support
• responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts
• investigates and resolves complaints.
