The Field Construction Manager, ANS role is onsite in Ithaca, NY. Compensation is $100,000–$110,000 per year. The manager leads field construction and maintenance activities for transmission, distribution, and substation systems. What you'll do

• Lead field construction activities and oversee construction and maintenance across service areas
• perform pole groundline inspection and treatment, pole inspection and restoration, and aluminum bell base insulator replacement
• execute transmission, distribution, or substation upgrades
• manage field-team readiness and communicate project goals and safety requirements
• provide technical guidance, coordinate material procurement, resolve field issues, identify hazards, and monitor quality and compliance.

Why this role

Requires 10+ years of relevant construction and maintenance experience, or a bachelor’s degree and five years of field experience, or an associate’s degree and eight years of field experience. High-voltage experience, switching and tagging, OSHA 30, and First Aid/AED certifications are listed as bonus qualifications.
