What you'll do

• Lead employee development and provide staff with needed tools
• collect rent and manage delinquencies
• maintain occupancy and waiting lists
• process resident selection and certifications
• control expenses
• prepare for REAC and MOR inspections
• complete lease and annual recertification processes
• follow Section 8 and HUD requirements
• plan resident activities
• respond to complaints and emergencies
• ensure work orders are processed
• conduct unit inspections and maintain curb appeal.
