Oversight of staffing, inventory, merchandising, and financial processes supports daily operations and business results.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the retail team
• monitor sales KPIs and create action plans
• recruit, hire, train, and coach employees
• build customer relationships through clienteling and personalized service
• oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor efficiency
• execute visual merchandising standards
• manage inventory, shipments, and loss prevention
• handle banking, petty cash, expenses, and reporting
• support local marketing
• communicate with corporate and outlet partners.
