What you'll do

• Collect and analyze resident data
• develop and revise care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• provide and supervise nursing care, including medication administration and procedures
• supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• delegate and evaluate work
• maintain resident records and communicate care needs
• monitor medication compliance
• participate in quality assurance, education, and audits
• maintain licensure and regulatory knowledge.
