Director of Compliance

Job overview

The Director of Compliance role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office, preferably in Washington, DC or South San Francisco, CA. Expected total compensation is $180,000–$250,000, inclusive of base salary and bonus eligibility. The role supports VantageScore’s enterprise compliance program and cross-functional work with Legal, Data Science, Data & Technology, and business teams. The director leads the development and oversight of compliance infrastructure, policies, monitoring, and risk management. The role helps align company practices with applicable laws and regulations, strengthen controls, and promote integrity and ethical conduct across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead development, implementation, and oversight of the enterprise compliance program
• review and draft policies and procedures
• support governance and executive reporting
• lead monitoring and risk assessments
• develop compliance metrics
• oversee intellectual property, licensing, brand, antitrust, privacy, data governance, contractual, tax, and regulatory compliance activities
• partner across Legal, HR, technology, data science, product, and business teams
• develop and deliver compliance training.
