The Primary Care Physician role is onsite in Daytona Beach, FL; compensation is described as up to $250,000+, with additional earning potential through panel-growth incentives, productivity, and profit sharing. The physician joins a growing, patient-centered Direct Primary Care practice.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adults, including preventive care, annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate specialist and facility care, conduct hospital follow-ups when appropriate, use telehealth and patient communication tools, and maintain electronic medical records. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• light telephone call coverage is approximately one week at a time.
