What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one peer support using lived experience
• help clients identify recovery goals and actionable plans
• connect clients with community resources, treatment programs, and support groups
• advocate for clients within healthcare, social service, and legal systems
• facilitate group meetings and workshops
• document client interactions confidentially
• coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• participate in ongoing training.
