What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Research and senior Engineering roles from intake through offer and close
• build outbound pipelines by mapping talent at frontier labs, speech and audio teams, and academic groups
• partner with leaders to define candidate profiles and interview loops
• conduct technical candidate screens and provide evidence-based assessments
• lead complex candidate closes in partnership with the People team
• maintain relationships with prospective candidates
• use data and AI tools to improve sourcing, Greenhouse pipelines, and funnel reporting
• support interviewer training, structured interview kits, and candidate experience.
