• Reconcile and analyze balance-sheet accounts
• analyze financial results
• track monthly profit-and-loss and balance-sheet activity
• develop forecasts and budgets and identify risks and opportunities
• review general ledgers and balance sheets
• resolve accounting and reconciliation issues
• prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and audit reporting
• maintain inventory and cost-control procedures
• administer payroll and human resources
• complete related duties and projects.
