Food and Nutrition Services Director

The Food and Nutrition Services Director role is onsite in Moneta, VA. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour. The director manages food service at Smith Mountain Lake Health & Rehab Center, a 90-bed skilled nursing facility. The director oversees staffing, food ordering, meal preparation and delivery, food safety, and kitchen sanitation in accordance with resident care plans and applicable standards. The role supervises food service staff and supports consistent nutritional services for residents.
