What you'll do

• Answer and route calls
• take and relay messages
• greet residents, families, and visitors
• provide directions
• maintain brochures and marketing materials
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• update resident lists, registers, logs, and sign-in sheets
• coordinate appointments and community resources
• keep the front desk organized
• sort and distribute mail
• maintain resident forms and confidentiality.
