What you'll do

• Implement resident service plans and activities of daily living within certification or licensure scope
• respond to resident needs and community alarms
• maintain care records
• conduct shift safety checks and communicate resident status
• report condition changes
• complete incident reports
• follow safety and infection-control practices
• assist with personal care, medication timing, transfers, meals, and vital-sign follow-up as applicable to the role.

Why this role

Split shifts for Personal Care Assistant: Monday–Wednesday 6:00am–10:00am and 3:00pm–7:00pm; Friday and Saturday 6:00am–2:00pm. Medication Technician schedule: Friday and Saturday 6:00am–2:00pm. Six months to one year of experience and current CPR/First Aid required.
