What you'll do

• Clean vacant apartments and remove trash and debris
• perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, bulb replacement, and faucet repairs
• inspect appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• collaborate with the Service Team on repairs
• maintain grounds and common areas
• inspect for maintenance and safety concerns
• report issues to management
• respond professionally to residents and guests.
