Project Director – Restoration

What you'll do

• Estimate restoration jobs, including scope, pricing, and timelines
• manage mitigation jobs and document status
• sell restoration services and develop client and referral relationships
• oversee scheduling, crews, subcontractors, budgets, and quality
• communicate with clients
• monitor job profitability
• pursue new business
• coordinate with regional operations and leadership
• maintain jobsite safety and compliance
• support training and onboarding.
