Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Columbia, MD, with sessions at clients’ homes, schools, and community settings. Pay is $22–$32 per hour. The role contributes to client progress by recording session data, communicating with the supervising BCBA, and collaborating with families and team members.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• complete timely session notes
• communicate client progress and challenges to the BCBA supervisor
• collaborate with families and team members
• maintain a safe, supportive session environment
• participate in meetings and training
• follow BACB guidelines, ethics, and applicable requirements.
