Quality Technician, 2nd Shift

The Quality Technician is an onsite role based in Lakeland, FL, with compensation of $21.00 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential. This position supports the quality assurance team at Refresco by ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. The role exists to perform analytical tests on raw materials and finished products, monitor process control parameters, and maintain laboratory cleanliness. The technician ensures that all products conform to customer specifications and reports any out-of-specification results to leadership.
