Assistant Maintenance Technician

The Assistant Maintenance Technician role is onsite in McKinney, TX, with compensation of $19–$23.50 per hour. The technician maintains building systems, grounds, and amenities and prepares vacant units for new tenants. The role supports safe, clean, functional housing through repairs, preventive maintenance, and timely service-request completion.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain buildings and mechanical equipment
• coordinate preventive maintenance and work orders
• prepare vacant units
• perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• maintain grounds and common areas
• inspect building systems and report unsafe conditions
• follow OSHA and safety standards
• maintain tools and supplies
• and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
