The Home Care Staffing Supervisor & Scheduling Coordinator is an onsite, full-time position in Golden Valley, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour. What you'll do

• Create and manage client and field-staff schedules
• coordinate care needs with families and clinical teams
• handle schedule changes, last-minute needs, and emergencies
• maintain staff records, certifications, and availability
• support client relationships and service requests
• maintain records and prepare reports
• support quality improvement and collaborate with care managers, nursing, HR, and administrative teams.
