The Label Machine Operator – Night Shift role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is not specified. The regular schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 8:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.; training is on the day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., for the first two weeks. The role supports label production for Vestcom, part of Avery Dennison. The operator runs label machines to meet production deadlines while tracking materials and maintaining equipment and a safe work area. Accurate production records and communication of issues help support quality, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Operate label machines to meet production deadlines
• minimize raw-material waste
• communicate production issues to the Production Supervisor or Facility Manager
• perform distribution functions as needed
• log raw materials and carton identification
• use the ERP system to record time and materials
• maintain dies
• keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• follow PPE and safety procedures
• overtime or another shift may be required.
