Paths develops, builds, and operates affordable housing and manages more than 16,000 units across 13 states. This role oversees a portfolio of 409 affordable housing units across 14 Bronx buildings. The manager is accountable for efficient, compliant property operations and resident service across a portfolio that includes LIHTC, portable voucher, and rent-stabilized apartments. The role coordinates leasing, maintenance, staffing, budgets, reporting, safety, and regulatory compliance to preserve the properties and support residents.

What you'll do

• Inspect properties and units
• maintain market-ready apartments and common areas
• schedule preventive maintenance and emergency coverage
• secure project bids within budget
• oversee income recertification, leasing, and re-leasing
• ensure compliance with property and landlord-tenant regulations and Fair Housing guidelines
• address resident requests and complaints
• manage rent delinquencies and lease violations
• oversee files, financial reporting, invoices, payroll, budgets, staff training, supervision, evaluations, and safety meetings.
