Registered Nurse – Night Shift

What you'll do

• Complete RN-to-RN endorsements
• reconcile shift medications
• conduct medication passes and document them
• perform multi-system assessments, including head-to-toe assessments and vital signs
• complete dressing changes and apply protective skin barriers
• assess and implement residents’ plans of care
• communicate with practitioners, physicians, staff, residents, and representatives
• uphold residents’ rights and facility policies.
