What you'll do

• Provide oversight to Nalco's service team and scope of work execution
• Plan and conduct audits that review operations & maintenance
• Planning and scheduling of work
• Supervision of technicians
• Coordinating the purchase of chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, and repairs of equipment
• Assist Nalco sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewals
• Responsible for the development and implementation of a site-specific safety plan.
