The Project Manager, Multifamily Tenant Improvements — Hybrid role is hybrid in Bellevue, WA. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000 per year. The client is a mission-driven general contractor whose multifamily tenant improvement projects include affordable housing. The project manager guides construction projects from planning through closeout, coordinating project controls, subcontractors, clients, and site teams to deliver improvements while accounting for residents and onsite operations.

What you'll do

• Manage RFIs and submittals
• build and maintain schedules, budgets, cost reports, and change orders
• coordinate subcontractors, superintendents, designers, vendors, and property teams
• review drawings and specifications
• communicate with clients
• manage procurement, site visits, quality follow-up, punch lists, turnover, and closeout documentation
• plan work around residents in occupied properties.
