Store Floor Lead — Sur La Table

What you'll do

• Support employee training and customer service standards
• communicate and reinforce policies and procedures
• coach employees and share performance issues with store management
• support sales initiatives and daily agendas
• direct stocking and merchandise presentation
• maintain product knowledge
• oversee timekeeping practices
• complete inventory transactions and employee transactions
• communicate with employees, customers, field management, and corporate office.
