What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze operational reports and performance metrics
• identify GPS, street-turn, and operational trends
• validate data and support billing accuracy
• provide reporting for customer inquiries and reviews
• organize customer calls
• coordinate operational initiatives and projects
• track progress and maintain documentation
• validate data and generate KPI reports and dashboards
• identify workflow improvements and maintain SOPs
• communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
