This role will work for Epic Health. Advanced Practice Provider (PA / FNP) – Lead the Future of Patient Care. Location: On-site in Southfield, MI (Due to expansion, you may be considered for any of our locations across the multiple sites in Southeast MI. Most of our locations are within a 15–20 minute drive from our HQ in Southfield.
