The Wellness Attendant role is an onsite position located in New Brighton, PA, with a pay rate of $10.25 to $11.00 per hour. Beaver County YMCA is a community-focused organization dedicated to strengthening the foundations of community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This role exists to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the wellness center while providing exceptional guest service. The attendant maintains equipment, assists members with orientations, and fosters a welcoming environment that encourages members to achieve their health and well-being goals.

What you'll do

• Ensure member safety in the wellness center by maintaining equipment, reporting maintenance concerns, and enforcing safety rules.
• Perform regular rounds every 10-15 minutes.
• Manage laundry for fitness towels and stock cleaning supplies.
• Conduct equipment orientations for cardio and strength areas.
• Respond to member inquiries and build authentic relationships to support their fitness progress.
