Cheese Production Specialist, 6 AM–6 PM

The Cheese Production Specialist role is onsite in Oostburg, WI, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule of 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Starting pay is $25.10 per hour, increasing to $26.97 per hour after 90 days. The role supports Masters Gallery Foods’ cheese production lines. The specialist prepares bulk cheese for production by inspecting and handling product, operating cutting and shredding equipment, and tracking cheese usage to support safe, reliable production.

What you'll do

• Open, clean, and place cheese on production lines
• remove packaging
• inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and remove or clean as appropriate
• lift and place cheese on conveyors
• operate automated and manual cutting systems and shredding equipment
• record bulk cheese usage with RF inventory scanners
• maintain reliable attendance.
