The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Loudoun County role is onsite in Leesburg, VA, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. Blue Ridge Care works to support the quality of life and well-being of community members affected by aging or serious and chronic illness. Working under a Registered Nurse’s supervision, the CNA provides personal care and daily living assistance, observes and reports changes in patients’ conditions, and documents care to support comfort and safety.
What you'll do
- Provide personal care and assist with dressing, feeding, mobility, and daily activities
- take and record vital signs as ordered
- monitor skin
- report significant condition changes to the Registered Nurse
- maintain clean living areas
- document care
- follow safety and confidentiality practices
- participate in continuing education and interdisciplinary team meetings.
