Description

Receives requests for facility maintenance, repairs and modifications from facility staff members. Inputs these requests into the facility's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Distributes routine, urgent and emergency work requests to the supervisors and lead workers. Reports any abnormal building system conditions to the appropriate supervisor or lead worker.
