What you'll do

• Analyze first-party property insurance claims and coverage issues
• provide pre-suit coverage analysis and counsel
• manage coverage litigation through resolution
• conduct examinations under oath, depositions, discovery, and investigations
• draft pleadings, motions, coverage opinions, and other legal documents
• represent clients in mediations, hearings, negotiations, and proceedings
• communicate with clients about strategy and case developments
• manage multiple matters and deadlines.
