What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• assist with questions
• process membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, balances, and transfers
• answer phones
• make prospective-member calls and conduct tours
• complete retail transactions
• address concerns or escalate them
• clean and sanitize equipment, spa amenities, and locker rooms
• and report maintenance, supply, cleanliness, and safety issues.
