What you'll do

• Manage and audit reservations from online travel agencies, including Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, and Vrbo
• verify reservation accuracy and financial integrity
• process payments, refunds, modifications, and cancellations
• respond to guest inquiries through OTA messaging
• manage Salesforce cases
• review daily, weekly, and weekend reports
• identify discrepancies and escalate issues
• collaborate with operations, revenue management, customer service, and property management
• maintain customer records and handle escalated reservation issues.
