What you'll do

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process
• collaborate with interprofessional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
• document resident history, symptoms, medications, and care
• coordinate care, assess residents, educate residents, and triage
• delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel
• support department and organizational tasks
• participate in rotating call with the leadership team as needed.
