Entry-Level In-Home ABA Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) is an onsite, part-time role serving clients in Affton, MO, and nearby home and community settings. Pay is $19–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in homes or community settings
• follow BCBA-created behavior intervention plans
• run skill acquisition programs
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• submit session notes
• communicate with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
• support daily living skills as needed
• respond to challenging behaviors using provided training and protocols
• travel between session locations.
