What you'll do

• Provide onsite and remote support for end-user devices

• provide after-hours support as needed for critical incidents
• manage assigned IT asset inventory
• monitor device performance and security compliance
• document configurations, access controls, maintenance, and asset tracking
• coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
